RENEWING PERMITS
Letters will be sent out the first week of February to parents of continuing students. This mailing will include any necessary paperwork you need to fill out and notification of any additional paperwork you must provide. "School of Choice" and LAUSD parents will receive an application in this mailing. These applications, along with the OPUSD application, are also available at www.lvusd.org. Parents in other districts will need to go to their district office or website to pick up an application.

Permits will not be processed until the application is filled out completely, and the additional required paperwork is returned to Renee Scholes at the district office. For faster processing, please provide Mrs. Scholes with a copy of your application and all necessary paperwork. Parents will be notified by mail regarding the outcome of their permit application.


NEW PERMITS
To apply for new permits, parents may go to www.lvusd.org, click on "Resources," and then on "Permits." The website provides instructions and links to forms. "School of Choice," LAUSD, and OPUSD parents can find a link to their application on our website. Parents in other districts must visit their district office or website to obtain applications.
